On the main level, amidst a custom-designed, sensual dining room evocative of a Moroccan palace, Chef Steven Ferdinand (Le Cirque, Aquavit) brings his “nouveau Moroccan” concept to life, fusing the influences of French cooking with the luxurious flavors and tastes of Morocco. Using only the finest imported and hand-selected local ingredients, with 90 percent of the items being organic, AZZA has revolutionized the ancient and mysterious cuisine of Morocco.
The downstairs lounge is a recreation of a North Africa-meets Europe venue serving sophisticated cocktails, an extensive wine list and shared platters encouraging clients to experience the restaurant’s mezze menu. The lounge features a main dance room with three surrounding private salons and a private Royal Salon with a billiards table, poker table, private bar and plasma TV. The lounge is Wi-Fi accessible and all tables feature hookahs (100% free of nicotine).
