Venue Description:
Pacha, which sits along the Hudson River the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood, redefines the word “mega club.” This 30,000 square foot monster club which is split into four levels each with a distinct décor. On the top floor, a VIP area, a “passport” is required for entry, but that isn’t the only place were the international vibe flows. One of the club’s co-owners spent over a decade spinning beats at the infamous Pacha Ibiza. An ear for music certainly dominates this club which gets a regular influx of famous DJs poised to take advantage of the supreme sound system that is unlike any in the city. In fact, partying at this club feels like a Spanish nightclub with its whirling lights, packed dance floors, and high energy atmosphere. A uniquely New York feature are the shower booths- where girls in bikinis get soaped up to the delight of voyeuristic club goers. The club’s sheer size, it boats a capacity of 2,700, means that anyone who pays the cover charge is admitted.
