Must try dishes include Forum’s Tuna Tartare prepared with Mint, White Soy, Ginger, Wasabi cream and caviar; Empanadas with your choice of pulled pork, chicken and potato or duck; Pan Seared wild striped bass with celery root puree, Shanghai bok choi and celery emulsion.
