• Bin Cho Salad – Marinated baby tuna w/ arugula and shaved daikon in a citrus sake vinaigrette
• Mixed Green Salad – Asian green sin a honey yuzu dressing
• Lobster Spring Rolls – lobster spring rolls w/mango relish and blood orange vinaigrette
• Filet Mignon – with sauce Japonais
• Samurai Cut Tuna Steak – Ahi tuna grilled over roasted scallion potoato puree, tempura maitake mushroom and wasabi glaze
• Le Quack – smoked maple leaf duck in mushu wrap w/mango chutney and hoisin sauce
