Their signature taco, the Calexico Carne Asada, contains grilled and marinated Hanger steak, with a cooling pico de gallo, and an avocado crema that leaves you asking for the recipe. All tacos are served on soft, corn tortillas, and for those of you that are real hungry, Calexico even makes burritos and rolled quesadillas served with a chipotle sauce that has been said to be as addicting as crack.
