Blossom is a restaurant for vegans who are tired of eating dishes they can easily cook at home. Ronen Seri and his wife Pamela, fed up with the vegan/vegetarian scene, decided to open a place that would raise the bar for restaurants of its kind. All dishes are absolutely kosher and animal free, and only organic ingredients from local farms and small distribution companies are used. Despite the limitations, the food is incredibly inventive and complex. The meatless meats are so savory that they are recommended for recent converts who are having trouble satisfying their animal cravings.

Like many vegan restaurants, the menu displays culinary influences from all over the globe. Dishes like South Asian Lumpia (curried seitan & potato wrapped in a crispy chickpea crepe served with mango onion sambal) and Port Wine Seitan (pan seared seitan cutlets prepared in a port wine sauce with creamy mashed potatoes, breaded onion rings, sauteed garlic greens) exemplify the breadth of the selection. The dessert menu even features a vegan cheesecake. Blossom also offers a comprehensive selection of organic wine and beer.
